St John’s Church Improvements

The improved access project was recently completed including

  • The main entrance door has been fully automated
  • Internal doors have been automated
  • Large acoustic panels throughout the nave installed
  • Completed redecorating
  • Added new lighting and fire panels.

This has resulted in a substantial improvement in the acoustics and physical access into and around the church. It has made our services and other activities more accessible in especially for people with hearing and mobility problems, though everyone’s experience has been improved.

We want to express our gratitude to members of our congregation who gave generously towards this project.

Special thanks must go to the grant funders who generously supported the project: -
